Got my card today, but still no hat voucher ?

We didn’t get hat vouchers either, cards turned up today.

If you didn't order a Hat Voucher then it wont turn up. You can collect 1 hat per member without a voucher on game day - the vouchers are for if you want an extra hat.

I knew the vouchers through the store were for additional hats, I was asking as there doesn't appear to be anything in the comms about how to redeem the free hat. IIRC redemption in the past was via a voucher presented on game day so I assumed it would've been the same this year.

Update......they all came today! And with a day to spare.

The Chinese company aren't the issue from what I can see.

The issue is once they enter Australia Post they get lost.

I may be wrong but just from what I see.

Nothing will be available at the tent tomorrow for pick up.

Hats were meant to be but have been delayed so hopefully will be available at the next game.

Lanyards etc are all on the members to be purchased using your credits mate.

Ye mate. You can purchase as much as you want from the website. Even if its just the lanyards. All gets delivered straight to you.

no all membership items are only available via the members store.
Other merch will be available to buy today form the merch tents - not all jerseys though due to delay in delivery to us.

Hi all,

Just wanted to put up some news here for you all.

This Tuesday is my last day in the office at CCM. Handed in my notice a couple of weeks ago as I have been given a great opportunity down in Sydney - not at another A-league Club!

I am now starting as the new Ticketing and Customer Service Manager for the Sydney Writer's Festival later this month and am looking forward to the new challenge.

Regarding Membership and Ticketing here, @Jessie Lynch will be the main point of contact along with the returning Dan Challinor who is stepping back across from Corporate to look after you all again

Still going to do a couple more home games until the World Cup Break to help with the handover process so will see you all in Mudgee! From December onwards I will be in Bay 16 drinking and celebrating with you all and I will still be on here making sarcastic comments and spreading rumours about the club signing Dabney Dos Santos (absolute legend).

See you guys at the game in a couple of weeks and thanks for not getting too angry at me on here about Paramount+. If I ever have to work with Paramount+ codes again I think I will cry.
