What a massive signing Cummings was from an individual ability and most surprisingly team culture perspective. For all the bad press he had, seems to have behaved himself so far and is doing a great job. ?

Funnily enough his team culture was probably something that sealed the deal. He wanted a new start from a bad reputation but if you look at what has been said over the years it seems his antics appear to be an attempt to be part of a team.

The fact that our team culture is different from that he experienced in Scotland is more down to quality of the culture the club and in particular the coaching staff have built.
