ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.
Lucky for them it wasn’t the MCG.
From what I read, some Auckland fan came towards the away bay ‘looking for trouble’ and king hit a random wanderers fan (the guy in that photo). That Auckland fan then apparently got bashed, his shirt stole and arrests were made 🤷♂️

We haven’t had many problems in my 10+ years of experience.I'm curious about how ccm's active support has found interactions with police?
Yeah but the guy didn’t deserve to have his jaw broken in 3 places.By all accounts Wanderers fans were throwing cans at little kids.
Has that ever happened before?
Anywhere?
Wankers
do you reckon that is due to less troublemakers, better police in the area, less threat to other codes (no nearby nrl clubs) better club support? We haven’t had many problems in my experience.
Less troublemakers, its’ usually rival fans coming into our bay to cause trouble.do you reckon that is due to less troublemakers, better police in the area, less threat to other codes (no nearby nrl clubs) better club support?
That definitely makes the issue of active support tricky. I don't see how the a league thrives without a big embrace of active support, but their treatment doesn't always seem to be a black and white story of anti-football biasLess troublemakers, its’ usually rival fans coming into our bay to cause trouble.
