Hi all
I am reasonably new to the forum but loving soaking up all the news and comments in the leadup to Sundays game.
I am not a Marinator member yet - but intend for next season, so tell me if I am out of line with this thread as it is something that crossed my mind this morning.
we all agree that we will create a "wall of noise" from the Nth end of SFS on Sunday that will help to carry our boys home.
I was watching the Champions League game this morning and again experienced how powerful the "Never Walk alone" anthem is when sung by the Liverpool supporters when the teams came out onto the pitch.
Whilst I am not suggesting we copy this anthem - it would be gr8 if there was a song that all Mariners supporters as well as the Marinators knew that we could sing aloud as the teams come onto the field.
As we are the 2007-8 Premiers what about "We are the Champions". It is a song that everyone knows the words and would really fire up the boys.
You guys may have something already planned and that is great. It was just a thought.
