Mariners v The Nux

Well,someone had to do it...

It seems there is little to no interest in this game after last weeks demolition of SFC.

Although we are flying high,the Nux at home are a very tough side to beat.
On paper we should win easily but I never underestimate any side in this competition & a draw against them would be a good result.
The Nux are the leagues hardest road trip so I hope they "fire up" for this one.

PS. Great to see they finally put up the flags on the "Mariner`s Bridge"

It's tough backing up from such a huge performance. In one of the early rounds Brisbane played sensational football (almost as good as we played last week) and won by something like 5 goals. The nest week they were brought back to earth with a draw...against the 'Nix!

This will not be easy, and the boys will need to give it everything.

I agree. Hard to imagine a free flowing goal fest and not a wind blown arm wrestle. But this is where I love the structure of our team. Even when playing off colour we are so organised that we are very hard to break down and beat.

started to watch replay but only got through about 10-15 mins.

from what i saw Dutchy and Monty were fully switched on.
