Les Murray is in deep poo as I see it ....

I think LM may just have lost his job… a sad way to go out on… Moore, Wilkshere, Galekovic & Jedi are all saying it did not happen… Neil says he did not even give the final team talk…

SBS's treatment of the A-League in Hal's 1 to 4, was not one of a football friendly broadcaster ..... Hal 5 a bit better... Hal 6 they started to get behind football ...

SBS's constant negative articles and press concerning most things FFA do, the A-League etc had Bozza one night on a Socceroo broadcast call them the enemy within...

IMO LM has gone way to far and it shows signs of a broadcaster who is so used to being able to say anything that suits their agenda .... but this time I think they have gone way to far .... and heads will roll or LM's head ...as I read someone say ... LM is on the ethics committee of FIFA wonders aloud where he got his training...

Listen to the Fox interview with Neil … he makes it fairly clear what happen and that the game plan was done well before the dressing room just before the match...

Just to clarify something, LM did not make these comments or book with SBS. They were made is a separate interview elsewhere. Having said that as much as I respect Les Murray I think that it is is time he hung up his mike and departed the building. As noted above it is fairly obvious that LM, Fozzie, Fink and the rest of the gang have a very heavy European and South American Slant. It is such a shame. I don't know if it is because they have their hands tied with the Fox Sports deal or what. Time to clear the deckchairs and get in some more pro A League commentators... and while they are at it do the same with the Terrorgraph. Their treatment of the A League is pitiful.

Noticed in today`s Terrograph that Les Murray apologised unreservedly to Lucas Neill stating that he heard about it from a usually reliable source & in this instance the story proved incorrect.

All future prints of Murray`s book will have that section
removed.

I would have thought that a journalist of Murray`s standing would have at least checked the story before putting it in a book.

He just lost all credability with me!
