ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Fantastic news. Was worried when I heard he had fallen out of favour and now off to a cracking start. He played very well I thought against Ireland and with another quality season under his belt has the genuine potential to really offer something valuable to our WC campaign next year.

Got my new jersey the other week... Almost got "I Miss Mile" on the back instead of my name.
:'(
Have to content myself with man love from afar...

From what was said on TWG it is a good move for a Mile, too a better club with a likely increase in game time. Can anyone confirm this?

From an sbs smelts article

Jevtic was the man behind Mile Jedinak's switch from Central Coast Mariners to Turkish Super Lig side Genclerbirligi.

And he said Turkish sides see Australia as a fertile hunting ground for players with Harry Kewell the biggest name in a list that also includes fellow Socceroos Bruce Djite and James Troisi.

"The clubs realise there are some very talented players here in Australia and the league in Turkey is getting stronger and stronger with coaches such as Frank Rijkaard leaving Barcelona to take over at Galatasaray," Jevtic said.

"So any player who plays in that league is playing at a very high standard which is only good for Australian football."

Socceroos midfielder Jedinak recently moved to Antalyaspor on loan from Genclerbirligi, and Jevtic said he is thriving at his new club, who won promotion to the top division in Turkey last year.

"Mile has scored two goals in seven games, which is excellent for a defensive midfielder and he is playing 90 minutes regularly," he said.

"He is loving life out there and his game has improved greatly since he moved to Turkey."

.................

Good to see he is continuing to knock them in
