Since gumps contract with roar was dependant on the brazillians not signing... apparently...Surely a good chance now. From 442

BRAZILIAN duo Bruno Mezenga and Marcio Carioca have both left Queensland Roar due to salary cap constraints.
Roar chief executive Lawrence Oudendyk said it had been a reluctant parting but there was no other choice.

He told qldroar.com.au: "With the recent signing of Sergio van Dijk we were unable to fit the two players under the salary cap, Oudendyk said.

After some initial discussions regarding contract details it became clear we would not be able to keep the players and comply with the salary cap regulations.

We have been delighted to have had such talented footballers at our club and wish both players the best of luck for the future.
