Flood Appeal Game

Hi Guys

I thought of an idea that would help raise much needed funds for the flood appeal and also the profile of the A-League. It could take a little while for Suncorp to be back to normal but when it is I believe FFA should tthink about an All-Star game between Australian A-League All-Stars v Internationals.

What do you think?
Below are two teams I have put together what teams would you choose?

Australian All-Stars - Ange

Galevokic

De Vere Muscat Topor-Stanley

M. Thompson Culina McKay Bozanic

Williams Kruse Brosque

Bench- Theo, North, Aloisi, Sterjovski,


Internationals- Coach Craig Foster

Moss
Sigmund, Zwaanswijk, Hughes , Byun

Worm , Brown, Hernandez

Solarzano, Van Dijk, Fowler

Bench- Bosnich, Smeltz, Flores, Broich

I have tried to represent every club in the A-League. Jets have no good international players therefore Wellington get 2 in the starting side.

Great idea.



Though alternatively, Mel McLaughlin could do a raunchy football pic special in a select magazine
with the magazine donating a percentage of all proceeds to the flood appeal.

Be nice to be able to rebuild Brisbane 5 times over wouldn't it?

Very good squads except glinch warrants a start over worm for mine

Wee Mac has been outstanding this season. I just tried to make sure every club was represented. However I would have no problem with him being in the side.
Just thinking about it I would put Broich to start and Worm on the bench. You need to have Worm to do the Worm when he scores.
