ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Sweet the cool thing is we can represent the mariners with a yellow coloured sarves and still look like were going for Australia.

I'm hoping to go, I can't begin to imagine how awesome the experience would be. I'm saving as well, but I'm not sure exactly how much i'll need to save, and whether ill be able to make whatever the figure is. Best case scenario, Australia go deep into the competition and I have to spend just that little bit more :)

It was nice knowing you all.

It's actually embarrassing seeing mariners gear at a national team game.

The absolute no no.

Seeing scum shirts at national games is an incitement to violence IMHO (as that guy found out when clobbered by a coveite at the Ghana game)

just hope:
1. we qualify
2. aussie games are in or near capetown

I am going and have had look at going with a fanatics group of such, it looks like prices will be around the 10 grand mark plus spending money. So heaps of saving to be done over the next 8 months and probably a visit to the bank for a wee loan. HAHAHA.
Cant wait will be awesome experience.

I've just come back from South Africa, and the Cape Town stadium is in a great spot.....very easy to get too....you can walk there from most parts of the city centre......and Cape Town feels like a safe city.  It will depend where the Aussies are playing though as in some of the other cities the stadiums are a fair way out.....for example J'burg stadium is supposedly close to Soweto which is a decent drive from the main hotel areas in J'burg.....and J'burg is NOT a city you'd do any walking in.
