Congratulations to Kye for his selection in the Socceroo squad against Japan & Saudi Arabia..
ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Fixed for you - and how Redmayne gets picked over Birraz is proof positive that Arnold has lost itScarey that Leckie isour most experienced player
Yep, watch the knives come out when we don't auto qualify. I feel he has brought this on himself as well.Fixed for you - and how Redmayne gets picked over Birraz is proof positive that Arnold has lost it
Grant and Behich seems to indicate thatYep, my opinion hasn't changed (much).
Is Arnie picking the best Socceroos team or just his favourites? - FTBL | The home of football in Australia
Birraz is levels above the Wiggle and Glover. For the smallest club in the league we have made an amazing contribution to the national team over the years. 8 current or former players in the squad and surely Birraz to get called up at some stage. All 3 goalkeepers having come through our club. It is quite incredible. Good luck Kye. It is well deserved.
Be careful what you wish for peoples, how do you think we would all be feeling right now if we had to do without arguably our two best players for the next two games?Birraz is levels above the Wiggle and Glover.
Its looking highly unlikely at the momentYep - Birraz can go to the World Cup if we get there
Especially just to get a tracksuit. Neither would be playingBe careful what you wish for peoples, how do you think we would all be feeling right now if we had to do without arguably our two best players for the next two games?
Losing Kye alone will likely have enough impact, so I am personally content to see Birraz stay right where he is for now and help build on the momentum we have only just started to regenerate some the COViD break.
Helps him get exposure to go O/S at some point.Especially just to get a tracksuit. Neither would be playing
Not really. Goes on the CV yes but being 3rd choice for two games doesn’t do anything.Helps him get exposure to go O/S at some point.

If that 3rd spot was for a world cup then yes but no one will care for 2 qualifiers and he’s better off making super saves for us like that one onto the bar. That will get him a move way more.
Sains will have Arnie's daughter with him so that could get awkward...Kye has worked really hard and deserves a call up.
Playing for years as a CB in a losing team has really given him the drive to improve,
which was evident from day 1....
I hope he rooms with Sainsbury
