Clarification needed here post police

I need some clarification needed here post police.

I posted a new thread and copied in part a Foxsports post article on the signing of four key players being Hutch, Boogs, Porter, and Matt Simon, untill the end of 2010.

The story was moved to Central Coast Mariners Squad for 2008/09 Season, page 10.

Why this thread has been in the main about speculation about whos, whats and why's. This is a statement that four key players have signed.

So if we sign Harry Kwell it goes in here if Alosis resign it goes here.

To me over policing, if the signing of four key players does not warrent a seperate thread what does.

Probably because it had already been mentioned and discussed in that thread.

Sorry just found a similar article on page 7, but went back to page 8 to check and could not find before I posted it..

However I still think it is a thread of its own rather than, in the middle of a general thread, as I did miss the post during the week.

2. In the case you ask about the main thread topic was a wider one, but as there had been several posts about the same (relevant) sub-topic as you posted, your new thread added nothing so new that it deserved a whole new thread.

3.  It is easy to miss an earlier post (as you indicated), but please have a look first - there is a search function up the top

4. We don't need certain people seeking to pre-empt for us by popping up and saying ''why is this post here', either - we have eyes
