ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

defo's us v scum and tards v bling.

As far as im aware next would have to be us v bling.

Can't go past local derby's. There are no big event's between any club's or long history's too really set off any rivalries. I'm sure when the new team's are introduced and after a few more year's the rivalries will grow.

I'm looking forward to seeing the GCU v Roar game next year. That could be a rivalry to match CCM v Scum. Many people commute between the two regions on a daily basis and we know how living and working with your enemy breeds contempt.

It will be interesting to see how the Bling v GCU rivalry goes. Both will be aiming to be the League's "Glamour" club.

An interesting little rivalry which could develop is CCM v GCU. Which one is the true "Coast" club. In the future, when commentators say a particular team is playing the Coast... which one will people be thinking of? I think the one with the better record on the pitch (us of course).

As for the Tards v Bling... I think that will fizzle out once the second Sydney and Melbourne sides enter the competition. Bling FC may actually get a decent crowd to one of their home games (albeit travelling Western Sydney supporters)

VIC Vs. NSW rivalries will never "fizzle out". MVFC Vs. SFC has the potential to keep running into an 'old firm' style encounter.

Also, ScumFC will never get a "decent crowd".

My point was that given the choice of a rivalry between MVFC and Sydney or MVFC and a 2nd Melbourne team, which one would fire you up the most?

Probably close to equal. Sydney still likely to be the more firing.

The Wellington v Perth rivalry is off the richter. Given the geographic proximity you are always guaranteed masses of away fans.
