Skoko is outside cap as marquee

After that you have a few guys on decent wages, backed up by like 6 u/19s or so on minimum wage

6 u21s so far, but of those Marrone would be on much more than min wage.  Aloisi is on 120k or so in the cap by the stronger rumours, with 60k being the 33% outside the cap coaching component.  most teams now have 3-4 players on 200k or a bit over, so having 5-6 + a marquee is certainly feasible if you run with a squad of 21 and have at least 8-9 guys on minimum or close (which they basically have, once they ad a couple more VPL squaddies you assume)
