Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. FROM LEFT FIELD? (Random predictions): Jets new owner turns out to be a Palmer/Tinkler/Charlesworth/Sage scale nutbar, club has immensely promising first 10 weeks and goes into a tailspin from there. Brisbane find a surprisingly sane new owner to pull them out of a bad start and look seriously threatening by the end of the year. City start delivering on promise and pull large and noisy crowds to drive the Melbourne rivalry to new heights.

A-LEAGUE PREMIERS: Victory (Think they'll do it quite comfortably)

Aloisi actually gets some assistance from his forwards and has a team who are good to watch. Mariners prove to be a young, fast attacking team and second half of the season really come good while unearthing a few gems.
